In this session, we will explore:

Exploring the Leader's Role in Encouraging Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Become more consciously inclusive leaders.  Focus on these leader behaviors.

  • Acknowledge and manage personal bias.
  • Build relationships across different dimensions of diversity.
  • Use powerful questions and ask to coach when the inclusive environment is compromised.
  • Intentionally build and support a diverse team.
  • Recognize and celebrate behaviors that foster a more diverse and inclusive team.
