Explore food as medicine from a retail lens to learn more about the transformative role registered dietitians are playing to personalize nutrition, build trust and influence the grocery basket for better health. Learn about the revolutionary impact of GLP-1 medications, the foods consumers choose while taking these medications, and the nutrients and attributes they prioritize for maximum nutrition quality.
We discuss how a comprehensive retail health strategy can be good for customers and good for business. Speakers share what food and grocery leaders need to prioritize to maximize consumer attention and dollar spend, with insights and opportunities for both retailers and product suppliers.
